It was fun while it lasted.

Pros

Friendly, family-like atmosphere among coworkers. Full suite of benefits: 401K, health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Compensation was competitive and pay was always on time.

Cons

High turn over rate. Before the recent layoff, there were about four or so productive employees for every manager. This is an absurd and unsustainable ratio that has only gotten worse thanks to another downsizing that left management completely in tact. Some, but not all, of the managers are incompetent, but they are untouchable because they're long time friends or family members of the CEO.

Pros

none except they pay you on time

Cons

horrible time-wasting meetings with in-fighting worse than reality shows and just as silly. we're moving locations because staff count continues to dwindle as we lose clients daily.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We strive to create a transparent and safe environment where employees can give input, but we can't improve if employees do not give us feedback directly. As with any anonymous online criticism, it is hard to respond when the comments do not correctly reflect the company. We have moved to a great new location so we may better spoil our team, plus – our lease was up and we either stayed there and dealt with the old building and all its issues, or we found a new fantastic location. If you are in fact a current employee, I hope you are enjoying the upgraded facilities and ocean breeze and we appreciate your patience through the transition. I’m sorry if our reasons for moving were not communicated properly – perhaps you missed the several time wasting meetings about it?

Pros

I have to admit, it’s a bit troubling to read some of the negative reviews on Glassdoor about Adicio. However I’d like to speak to some of the comments I read and to my experience with the company. The fact that someone called out the CEO by name and then wished that the company would close clearly doesn’t take into account that not everyone has a negative connotation of the company and that many people want to work for Adicio. Why would anyone want to wish that so many people would lose their job and their livelihood? Is this really the forum to suggest that there is a lawsuit? To be honest I have heard negative things coming from the “C-Suite” that were certainly disconcerting and unprofessional but I think it’s an unfair assessment to say “all the good employees are leaving”. Adicio isn’t perfect by far but how many companies really are? There are so many people that work here, including myself, that really enjoy our jobs and the company. Many of which have been here 5-10+ years. There is an incredible amount of understanding, flexibility (work hours for work/life balance, occasional work from home days) and the pay is good. The company has a very casual atmosphere and the worker bees such as myself are all collaborative and there is a sense of community. I know that there are ex employees that didn’t have good experiences with the company, but I do believe that things have changed since a lot of toxic people have left. Fun events, free breakfast on Fridays, conversion desks (stand or sit), enthusiastic and intelligent employees, great benefits, employer subsidized masseuse, pool table, foosball table, ping-pong.

Cons

Some things could most certainly improve. Upper management professes to have open politics and be transparent yet a lot of information isn’t forthcoming or given to the company as a whole and rumors start which causes poor morale. Employees are worried about the welfare of the company but no one is hoping for the company to go out of business just to spite a personal vendetta. Everyone is working hard with new directives such as moving back to a SaaS company rather than customizations to continue to grow the company.
