favoritism to certain employees, regardless if they perform

Pros

salary and benefits are ok

Cons

most sites are not functioning properly and it is ignored. Customer and employees are not respected. People are treated as disposable and there is a high turnover. So if you are not in the clique, you will be out, no matter how high you perform

Pros

You are treated to a free company lunch from time to time, complimentary tea bags and all the purified water you can ask for. Some co-workers are exceptional. Free internet access

Cons

Mgt team likes to distance themselves from the rest and are not to be trusted. Site problems are never fully solved largely due to treating the symptoms and not the root cause of issues.

Pros

Great pay, fast paced. Honestly there are not a lot of positives I can think of about my experience at this company.

Cons

Poor management, toxic environment. It's just a matter of time before they figure out a way to get rid of you and blame you for something that wasn't in your control.
