Working at Adicio is to work in an extremely political environment. The management team is unavailable except to 'favorites', or when they need something from you. The entire company is very cliquish. There is absolutely no employee development. You will be expected to work long hours if you are good at what you do and there is no compensation provided- maybe pizza. There is a tendency to pit departments against one another. What ever department is under the gun at any particular moment will be openly ridiculed and spoken about badly - the good thing is that it isn't always behind their backs, but it may happen during an all hand's meeting. Scapegoating is a normal activity. Employees are always wondering if someone is gunning for them. Recent layoffs were done randomly, yet they still maintain an on-site masseuse and free car detailing for management and favorites. Many employees stay for the salary, but when people leave on their own volition, it is almost never for a better salary, but to get away from the negative work environment.
