Lots of cons that can be enlisted, if you are joining for development or testing roles, I suggest you better stay unemployed. Management is worst. They will overload you with work and keep on blaming and criticising you for their failures or mismanagement. Once their job is done, don't expect any appreciation or reward from them. Instead they will come up with any nonsense reasons/blames to criticize you more. 99% politics. Unless you have the skill of becoming the manager's favourite you won't have any growth opportunity. Otherwise you will get every opportunity they can give, without even working or possessing actual skillset. Forget your dignity or self respect if you are joining here.
