1. Participants of LEAD/LEAP program are treated better than others 2. Better growth opportunities for these participants 3. Job security- they hardly fire anyone

I was able to learn a lot in a short span of time especially because of supportive team lead and colleagues.

Cons

Bureaucracy is rampant in thIs age old indian organisation. You can survive in here only if you are good at the game of office politics.I survived only because of my supportive team lead.
