1) Slow career progress, its a relatively relaxed place to grow old and retire peacefully, no major ups or downs 2) Very low scope for international exposure 3) High scope for improvement in intracomapny IT infra

Indoor, 2 weeks vacation a year, medical, dental and vision benefits. That's about it for pros.

Cons

poorly trained supervisors, abusive customers, stressful work environment and will switch your departments at will with little notice. you stare at a computer all day with minimal break time and they change their policies, procedures and expectations at least once a month.
