PROS OF WORKING AT ARO

GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR! I have been working for ARO since 2011 I started as a CSR, than I was promoted to a SST (floater) and then I was offered the Account Manager Position. You couldn't ask for a better company to work for, the staff is great and my manager is the best! ARO offers great benefits, medical insurance, dental and eye including a 401k. ARO just awarded employees visa gift cards for their outstanding work performances. Hooray! ARO has come a long way since I've been here, they really care about there employees and the employees enjoy working for ARO.

-Can be hectic depending on the day - Constant travel can be an issue depending on what environment you are looking for
