The company helped with some doctor bills that have become too expensive. This is beside the fact that I have enjoyed working here for 7 plus years.

Cons

There are none that I can think of.

Pros

Nice people, long-term stability and leadership. Creative programs for employees: Support Fund, Charity Leave, many options for medical and other benefits. You feel like your voice is heard and that the company wants to take care of you.

Cons

PTO is better than most of the companies in this field, but always appreciate more if possible.
