Lots of Chaos

Pros

Great employees and benefits (sabbatical, company-wide shutdown twice per year). Pleasant work environment. Creative vibe permeates everything.

Cons

Rapid growth and acquisitions have resulted in systemic issues that are never truly resolved. Constant fire drills. Political posturing. Misalignment at leadership and middle-management levels. Top heavy organizations with too few people who do the actual work. Everything is a priority. Zero work life balance.

Pros

Pretty solid benefits, company is financially very successful and seems to be on the cutting edge of both creative and digital marketing fields

Cons

Not a ton of opportunity for upward mobility, pay for San Francisco is a bit below market compared to peers
