- total compensation is very underwhelming (and getting worse every year) - very resistant to changes - top leadership seems oblivious to employee's and company's problems ... they simply ignore them - the company aims to hire cheaper and cheaper work force instead of aiming higher for better results

The engineers are lacking most basic communication skills. Meetings where everyone talks about something else and the conversation feels like multiple passing ships. People were not able to read and comprehend written paragraphs that are longer than 2-3 sentences or are not in bullet points. Manager barely understood what the team was working on, but was eager to express disapproval.
