Pros

I worked for Adobe for nearly 3 years and my entire experience was amazing, Adobe has some of the smartest people working for them and the innovation is incredible. The salaries are excellent and the benefits are top notch. The offices are pleasant and modern and they give you a whole host of technology in order to do you job.

Cons

If you are in sales and do well expect to be capped.

Pros

I loved my peers at Adobe. Collaborative, kind and intelligent.

Cons

Senior mgt make poor strategic decisions and when execution at the rank and file struggles with a bad strategy that is handed down to them, the snr mgt are nowhere to be seen.

Pros

Adobe is highly regarded by the IT Analyst community, their stock has increased 3x over the past 4 years and their products mostly work.

Cons

Highly matrixed and political in its organization. Most decisions are made to maximize the fiefdoms, not the overall business or customer. They are really uninterested in people joining the company to improve their approach - though hiring many people, they increasingly turn to veterans for leadership roles.
