Pros

I enjoyed working here for several years. Very flexible, nice and smart people, good compensation, interesting projects.

Cons

Yearly layoff (regardless of your performance) really turns down and discourages employees around November/December. I saw off many colleagues who worked on the same floor. That was very depressing too.

Pros

- Fantastic brand - Working with smart, passionate, and dedicated people. - Most teams are extremely customer focused. - For some teams, great work life balance. - Terrific benefits and compensation.

Cons

- Highly matrixed organization - Lack of a strong long-term strategy = frequent project & people churn - For some teams, not-so-great work life balance - Decision making hub is in the Bay Area (SJ/SF), so not being there will likely impact your career in the long-term. - Team-to-team collaboration is being displaced by politics
