Good work-life balance. Open culture which allows employees to take initiative and make a difference. Enough opportunities to learn and grow in technical areas.

Cons

Many teams move very slowly due to inefficiencies and lack of direction from senior management Very limited/No bonus for engineers (in some cases, even top performing engineers).
