      Pros

      Worked with a great group of people and always received help/support from management. Adobe really does a great job of taking care of their employees.

      Cons

      I had a hard time getting recognition for my ideas and accomplishments. Upper management was concerned with the status of the project (as they should be) but when my contract expired, my direct boss sent an email to his boss about hiring me on full time and even with my bosses recommendation, they hired from the outside.

      Pros

      What I appreciate most about Adobe is that in a time when fresh new young talent is being sought after, longevity and loyalty is highly prized as well. I am on year 15 at Adobe and proud of it!

      Cons

      As an administrative assistant, I've never had reason to complain about any aspect of my time at Adobe.
