Market leading products. Great benefits. Great culture & people. 4th of july holiday shut down (1 week) & 2 week shutdown over christmas/new years (that does not count against PTO). Good employee stock purchase plan. Get sabatical after 5 years.

Cons

Not many downsides. Like everywhere - quotas continue to grow.
