      Pros

      I am about to complete 5 years and it feels like i joined yesterday Overall its amazing company, below are positive: - Good work environment - Work life balance - Good food and wellness benefit - Stock option is the best way to save money

      Cons

      The only problem which i saw in this company so far is it is too Development centric. They do valve every employee but still they value their development too much. After all QE, SRE/ DBA, Product also equally responsible for the success of this company. So i request senior management to value other verticals also as equal to development.

      Pros

      Amazing company, with great products and people. Culture is really good, perks are good, work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Career progression sucks, constant problems with commissions, not really a data driven company. The team international likes to create hierarchy when/where you don’t need it.
