Pros

Good work/life balance, overall. Creative Suite remains the 800 pound gorilla which drives this company, followed in recent years by Omniture's spyware products.

Cons

The executives at Adobe fundamentally fail to understand software development communities. This is why they've thrown several of them (ColdFusion, Flex, LiveCycle) under the bus, leading to Adobe's terrible reputation amongst developers. Revenues spiked due to the acquisition of Omniture's spyware products, but the questionable ethics of this whole line of work were demoralizing to the rest of the company.
