stagnant market need to risk management heavy intense in XFN work

The role is not aligned with the title. You’re treated more as a salesperson than a specialist, with very high targets. While the core responsibility should be to give product demonstrations and act as an SME, you’re still pressured every week to meet sales numbers. The work involves too many calls in a day and a hectic culture. The company really needs to redefine what a ‘specialist’ role means.
