      Positive culture that respects individuality and pays competitively.

      Cons

      Happiness depends on the manager. My manager didn't promote women and had turnover, yet they still kept him. Was given a lot of responsibility with no power- expected to manage a team in India to drive marketing priorities yet they didn't report to me. Was told I needed to do that job for at least a year to get the title of Group Manager. I have a lot of experience and no MBA. MBA had more weight than experience.

      - Working with some very talented and smart people - Adobe continues to innovate and grow as exemplified in their stock price. AI at the forefront - Flexible work locations, great benefits, and compensation

      With any large company, there are layers of bureaucracy and overlap or confusion about roles and responsibilities. This is risky because it puts your role at risk.
