The company offers great benefits and WLB. There is a hybrid office schedule. The employees have to visit the office at least 50% of the work time. The management understands the needs of the engineers

Cons

The level of the compensation is lower than the market, the annual merit doesn't consider the US inflation. There is an unclear career path based on the management preferences rather than some exact values

Cons

You should be worried at the end of every year. Adobe will always have a round of layoffs, and managers do not give warnings if the team is in trouble.
