wonderful colleagues, nice working environment competitive pay continuous learning opportunities strong company culture you get games night, various clubs and social interactions access to playstation, table tennis, pool etc. great growth environment

none, really. - maybe a few more opportunities to move to other teams (but that's just my perspective)

- Highly matrixed organization - Lack of a strong long-term strategy = frequent project & people churn - For some teams, not-so-great work life balance - Decision making hub is in the Bay Area (SJ/SF), so not being there will likely impact your career in the long-term. - Team-to-team collaboration is being displaced by politics
