Pros
Wonderful benefits, fun campus, great pay, opportunities to advance. Teams are structured well and there is a real "team" feel to the floors. If you are into biking, basketball, climbing, or fitness in general Adobe is a great place, as they have a ton of activities on site. Work is draining, but when you can take a break and exercise or hit one of the break rooms it isn't so bad. Very active employee base. Great food in the cafeteria and great price. Drinks are free, which is cool. It is nice to take a walk in the middle of the day and grab a coke.
Cons
Work can be tedious and is highly competitive. Internal systems can be messy, and customers are often calling in in frustration after being on hold for 2 hours for a simple technical question.
