      Cool atmosphere, cool benis, Cool events. It has to be or the cons can easily over weigh this.

      Cons

      Politics and process. While "Process yields predictable results", The amount of process can be nauseating. If you love sitting in meetings, you can sit in meetings for hours and hours.

      1. Awesome resource available for learning 2. Work on good codebases 3. Very open upper and middle management 4. Good salary and handsome perks

      1. Little scope of innovation 2. Work in India is mainly into mature products. 3. Does not have work from home though it is claimed to be a feature 4. Not much scope for growth after reaching a senior developer level into managerial track
