      1. they work on the latest technologies so there is lots of scope to learn new things.. you can even choose which product to work on after some time. 2. you get to work with some of the smartest (and nice-est) people in the industry 3. flexible work timings 4. transportation facility provided 5. beautiful campus.. with a gymn, library, games room, basketball n cricket fields etc. 6. close to the metro station..

      Cons

      1. software engineer role can get boring if u r not in the "right" team 2. u l have to do a LOT of black box testing so be prepared!! 3. pretty weak HR

      Employees in general enjoy a fair degree of autonomy. Pay is competitive and other benefits, such as time off, are about as good as they get (in corporate America anyway).

      Cons

      Huge resistance to innovation and organizational change. Top-down management is the rule.
