      Pros

      Very good work-life balance especially due to the flexible timings. The work is very interesting and the work culture is excellent. The office is well stocked and the facilities are all that one could ask for.

      Cons

      Due to the high flexibility, it is easy to lose motivation and your work starts to suffer. The lack of pressure is almost always a good thing but sometimes its quite useful.
