      a lot of off site activities, when it is being organized by your immediate manager you are included in most activities,

      Cons

      excluded from a lot of benefits when you are a contractor, No quite viewed as a part of the company even after years of working with them,

      Pros

      Excellent benefits including vacation time. Great creative team. Company meetings are exciting and beautifully orchestrated. Great brand with strong image and high customer loyalty. Products are top notch with rich features. Have sales force software to help track and Manage customer relationships which allows salespeople who are new to get up to speed fast.

      Cons

      You are expected to be accessible 7*24 weekends included. Software prices rise every year causing some customer angst. Sales reporting is endless with new documents to be created frequently plus the 'fire drill' reports that come up monthly. No repeatability with the reporting so become highly fragmented. Very good with layoff amounts but the people targeted are often some of the best staff. Cannot always use the sabbatical in sales division - need Managers approval and not always granted for full term.
