      Pros

      You will not be fired even if you underperform ( also expect not much salary hikes or any other incentives apart from facing agony of upper management)

      Cons

      -Very bad curve of learning experience -Arrogant and Liar management -False promises with regards to compensation and quality of work -Since its a sidelined product of Adobe now do not expect the same perks which engineers in other teams enjoy (like higher team outing budget, higher shipment bonuses and better hikes etc) -Dense atmosphere of negativity in team. In recent times experiences engineers (Dev/QE) have started leaving LiveCycle or Organization. There are only handful of good engineers left in product.

      Pros

      The strategy of the company, how we're executing on it, teamwork like I've never seen before, willingess of the company to listen to employee feedback and make changes, changes in how to be more innovative across the whole company.

      Cons

      So big, it's hard to make decisions that stick without everyone wanting a vote.

      Awesome products, very smart people, most folks are very nice

      Cons

      Culture prides itself on "consensus" but this creates fear of conflict and disagreement, so it's very hard to get decisions made and to stick
