      Pros

      Good Corporate Environment, Facilities are good, Monopoly in Market, Takes a good care of employee, HR is very nice, Best company to work for.

      Cons

      Bad Politics Especially Support (CCI), Very less trainings, Support team is neglected by higher management, People who has grown only on the basis of personal relation with Manager not on the talent, Career discussions are never there, Brown Bag Sessions are always missing. Too much Pressure
