Pros

Work-life Balance is good. Co-workers are smart and create a good atmosphere for brain storming and knowledge transfer.

Cons

Work is not good . Managers are too traditional focussing on 8 hours per day work instead of effective work (Noida,India). Not at all good for campus graduate because suddenly life becomes still as the work is not challenging at all. Not much to learn from the work which is assigned. Compensation is also not fair when compared to other companies. Lots of politics involved in filing a patent. No Work from Home. Non technical managers just add the cherry on top.

Pros

Good growth opportunities Good salary Employee Friendly environment No strict dress code or office timing

Cons

When I worked with Adobe, they didn't had their own building so infrastructure was a concern. Then there was no proper food court though company provides free lunch to employees. And there wasn't any company transport. I believe most of it is resolved as they have moved to their own building in different location
