Pros

Adobe is a cool brand and the product suite is second to none. Customers really get the story and want to invest in the solutions. Benefits are ok, offices are quite decent and if you are in sales, they take you to Las Vegas once a year for conference.

Cons

Like with all big companies, their processes can be a bit stifling and they can be quite arrogant with their own employees. The pay is not the best in the industry, as a result they believe there is nowhere else like Adobe and you will accept it just to work for a cool brand.

Pros

Best work culture and work life balance

Cons

Remove some snobbish political managers who are just sleeping over the roles and adding very little value.
