      Creative folks, open culture, Celebrations and Extra Curricular activities all along. promotes Community Service. Get great exposure. Get an opportunity to work with great products.

      Cons

      Salary structure varies greatly in the system,in case you haven't negotiated well during recruitment, you will continue to fall behind not only market but also Adobe standard of salary for the position. Adobe at times appears to neglect some critical products as their organization focus is shifting toward Digital Marketing.

      Pros

      Good food, Flexi hours, Cool culture, flexible team switching policy, easy reachability to people in the higher level of hierarchy, exposure to the leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Some teams have more work load and less appreciation. Quite recently, the building is not sufficient for the number of employees, gets too crowded during lunch. Some good auditoriums are converted into cubicles.
