1. HIke happens every year. 2. Free food 3. Stocks going up every year. 4. A lot of smart and talented engineers in product team. 5. Work life balance is Ok.

Cons

1. Domain is quite boring. You will have hard time explaining people on what you do technically. 2. Quality of Work is not at all at par given the kind of talent they hire. 3. Old and dead technologies in many products. 4. Directors and managers just play politics to save them and eating money without adding any visible value. 5. Focus is more on services/consulting side.
