Great product... Great benefits.. People are best in the business...

Job insecurity.. People work to keep their jobs... Every year in Dec people are asked to go without any explaination.. Negative vibes..No peace of mind.. Limited opportunity to work on a new area As the hiring managers wants exact fitment. They aren't comfortable to provide opportunity. Internal job change is similar to external hire process. More like a offshore center for US. Quality work doesn't happen here. Only for PPBU quality work happens here as leadership is India based. Frequent reorgs..

There are many pros: 1. Work culture is awesome 2. Employee Satisfaction is at its best 3. Managers are available and are very supportive. Always listen to their employees even on minor matters (However this depends on manager to manager and team to team) 4. ESPP is one of the major benefits of working in adobe. It stands for Employee stock purchase plan 5. A very good place for growth and learning. (From a fresher point of perspective.) Again it depends on project and team for which you are hired.

Cons

1. Hiring process is way slow and tiresome.
