This company provides good job satisfaction and a healthy competitive environment to work in. The work culture is good and friendly. There is scope of work life balance, but achieving it depends on you.

Cons

The work in Adobe is varied but mainly it is around desktop apps which are based on old technology. But that can change if you are open to discovering new ideas for the company.
