      Manager is everything, lack of transparency Some managers are really bad and they don't treat you well No competitor in NCR area like Microsoft, Google etc so management take advantage of that in giving you appraisals as you don't have a place to go in NCR

      Frequent layoffs. Internal transfer is hard. Remote location of senior management make it hard to get promotion and recognition. Offshore pressures.
