      Pros

      Good People Good Brand Name Noida center is very good

      Cons

      No Perks in bangalore center , facilities sucks here . Rotten cheap fruits are served that too of insufficient quantity. My advice if you cannot afford 200 Apples , don't bring 50 apples just for the sake of bringing apples , get 200 bananas rather so that people don't have to run around . Salary is Average now in Bangalore(compared to what companies are paying) Food is pathetic(One of the caterers ran away, he said he cant serve good food in the amount Adobe bangalore is paying him and he din wanted to serve pathetic food) Managers show favouritism. Appraisal criteria needs to be reviewed and changed. Some people who work average have become Computer scientist 2 in 4-5 years whereas some have not even become MTS 2.

      Great global company that really invests in their employee

      Pros

      The work culture and the team are amazing, people are clever but helpful and there's always a great atmosphere. The company really invests in their employees and want people to be happy in their role. Opportunities to make a difference "outside of your normal work" is highly evaluated and encouraged examples being CSR, overall business insights, interviewing new recruits, training team members etc. Work life balance is highly valued and you are basically told to go home if you stay too late in the evenings.

      Cons

      It's a big company so can be hard to change something that's implemented and running. Sometimes you don't really feel like a part of the company (HQ in San Jose, California) since everything comes from the US, examples being global calls with the CEO etc.
