      Pros

      Healthy work culture with enough space for personal development. If you are hard-working then you are equally rewarded and compensated.

      Cons

      Management changes happen often which sometimes lead to many projects getting scraped from time to time. Be prepared to face the situation when your hard work might not see the light of the day.

      Pros

      Adobe is just perfect. Probably one of the companies u would want to retire from. If not for the relocation I would have continued working here. The management is cool and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to work for! How I wish I could back to the place!

      Cons

      I don't see any cons much apart from the salary which is slightly lesser than your expectation.
