Pros

1. Competitive Salary and benefits, but not one of the best. 2. Good work life balance and flexible timings. 3. Friendly colleagues and managers. 4. Free lunch. 5. If you are lucky, you might get very good work.

Cons

1. Promotions and salary hikes are not that good. 2. Many a times, work gets boring. 3. Not much technical growth. 4. No profit sharing or bonuses, you only have the fixed salary. Overall, Adobe is not a good company to work for as it was 2 years back. Think twice before joining. HR and hiring manager will promise you many things in terms of salary and work. Do not fall for that.

Pros

My team and I write code that is executed on over a billion computers -- 98% of the world's internet-connected computers. No other company has a product that can boast this. We brought TV to the internet, and won a freakin' Emmy award for it. I feel extremely privileged and happy to be working at Adobe. My co-workers are geniuses, all as smart as the guys at Google.

Cons

Senior management is getting greedy and insecure, and it shows in some of their big decisions.

Pros

Talented, smart, hardworking employees. A lot of flexibility and autonomy in how one approaches one's job and gets projects accomplished.

Cons

Benefits have been cut over the past two years. Limited opportunities for advancement especially if you're not located in the the Bay Area. Turf wars among senior management sometimes means good ideas don't see the light of day. Priorities changing frequently (which is fine) but lack of explanation makes it difficult to understand what the sr. mgmt team is thinking.
