Pros

Still one of the good options in NCR. All type of work available

Cons

Does have the right culture expected of a product company. In pockets, one may find things going right but its fewer these days. Salary is going down in comparison to market. Movement within the company (both India and to other locations) is difficult/next to impossible.

Pros

Strong leadership and policies that in general value employees and provide opportunities to shine; aggressive forward looking stance, high quality peers, good compensation structure

Cons

Bangalore center is pretty run-down and clumsy; Noida is far better; most India growth and focus is on Noida; lot of senior leadership in Bangalore feels isolated and disjoint; Bangalore compensation is average compared to other product orgs. Some "favourites" have got more than their share of promotions and seniority.

Pros

You will not be fired even if you underperform ( also expect not much salary hikes or any other incentives apart from facing agony of upper management)

Cons

-Very bad curve of learning experience -Arrogant and Liar management -False promises with regards to compensation and quality of work -Since its a sidelined product of Adobe now do not expect the same perks which engineers in other teams enjoy (like higher team outing budget, higher shipment bonuses and better hikes etc) -Dense atmosphere of negativity in team. In recent times experiences engineers (Dev/QE) have started leaving LiveCycle or Organization. There are only handful of good engineers left in product.
