Leadership in the DX marketing org is highly incompetent/insecure and promoting toxic political players time and again. They’re publicly sending internal messages that say ‘we’re running a fiefdom’. Narcissism is not only tolerated but promoted without checks and balances. If you care about growth, peace and integrity - you’ll quickly find that you’re in one of the worst places you should’ve volunteered yourself into. I want to note that not all orgs are like this but unfortunately many are. Be very careful so as to not end up in a slave camp environment which btw is possible here and tolerated.
