-Way too many reorgs and management changes. -A bad manager or manager chain can really erase your years and years of hard work and contributions. -They encourage you to be transparent but later on use these things against you. -Way too much bias and favouritism where people close to the managers get preferential treatment and promotions and others are overlooked and their contributions made to look trivial. -Lots of silent and targeted layoffs. The longer your tenure the more at risk you are. -Difficult to grow beyond a certain level -Siloed processes and tools
