The engineers are lacking most basic communication skills. Meetings where everyone talks about something else and the conversation feels like multiple passing ships. People were not able to read and comprehend written paragraphs that are longer than 2-3 sentences or are not in bullet points. Manager barely understood what the team was working on, but was eager to express disapproval.

if you have oversees leadership you will do great. Indian leadership and particularly Bangalore leaders are worst.
