Pros
Healthy work life balance, LOTS of days off, once a month minimum and 1 week off during the summer and winter. Great stock payment and check-in system to grow within the company.
Cons
It seems too good to be true, the company publicly announced no lay offs as one of the only tech companies to do that in 2023, however, my whole department was laid off. I think it's a huge corporation and you feel very insignificant to them. The pay is also very strict to the leveling so if you want to reach the next level in your pay you must leave the company, get the experience and then return more senior to achieve that higher pay.
