      Pros

      I love the people I work with and the work I do. Adobe works hard to include everyone—not just the loudest voice. Great offices. Great benefits including clubs, a gym, a video game room, and activities.

      Cons

      It's wild west. Official processes are often ignored. PM, Design, and Engineering often operate in parallel. Too much churn. Too many needless inefficiencies. Too many silos. A handful of senior leaders that are more interested in building a personal kingdom than good products.
