One size fits all when it comes to appraisals, get ready to stay at your role unless you know how to artificially create ‘executive presence’ and backstab your peers. I Know so many old timers between 5 and 20 years at the company who remained at their original or +1 role.

Adobe is a very woke company, so if you have any conservative opinions, it's best to keep them to yourself. They promote openness for all, but those on the right often share amongst each other the fear of sharing their conservative views and putting their jobs at risk. This is my primary reason for 4-stars rather than 5.
