Pay is good, although not enough to survive in San Jose.

Great new office, compensation is extremely competitive and the set of benefits - maybe does not includes things like "free masssage room" or public transports - but many resources, services and education reimbursements that are concrete and helpful. What impresses me the most, is that this company (and particulary Basel office) probably has the highest number of "all-rounder" engineers: i see that most of the people can switch from backend to frontend, from one technology to the other with confidence; it's a great environment to grow up as a professional. Internal mobility is well supported by managers.
