Transportation benefits. Generous stock options. Executive leadership care about the health of the company and employees. The list goes on and on...

Cons

It is difficult to work your way up because they want the best leadership. I suppose this isn't a con, but definitely a challenge within the company.

Benefits: Gym, Yoga, Fruits @ 11 am daily, nutritionist available, doctor available, snacks at reasonable prices, no strict working hours, can take leaves easily, very Employee friendly. 3. Get to learn many new technologies. 4. You can work freely. No manager pressure. You can work the way you want to.

1. No onsite opportunity to work for shorter durations. 2. Yearly increments are not too much.
