Pros

In bucharest alot of excelent programmers were attracted to Adobe, so you had plenty of talent and stamina to feed with and learn from the best!

Cons

The promises that work will get challenging were not always reflected in real attractive work, and the devs also did qa, devops and lots of manual chords. Also organization was not at best (you can view this as an advantage as it gaves us more freedom and space to become proactive)

Cons

Digital Media business - Directions change every 6 months. Developers are more rewarded than QEs. Not a great place for QEs.
