Great Company spoiled by politics

Pros

Great history, great people. Treat Subs well, and pay on time which helps when the subs know that.

Cons

The politics coming out of Minn is crazy. It seems like current CEO actively sabotages anyone who might be able to replace him. It causes a relationship and knowledge brain drain once people have climbed the ladder. Current CEO is an accountant with no operational experience so the leaders with Operations knowledge are his first target.

Not a lot of micromanagement. Fair bonus. Fun team events.

Office politics. High turnover. Not very much opportunities for promotions unless you sacrifice your personal life.

Food at the office, good pay, good benefits, bonus

Cons

I only worked for this company for a little bit and it definitely wasn't a great experience. The culture is very old school and not progressive. Company doesn't respect remote work. Company lacked training resources and marketing is ran by sales. No where to grow in marketing, just a proposal mill and no respect for traditional marketing. Marketing leader is more business development manager.
