There weren't many to speak of

Cons

-Leadership lies about what it takes to move up -Leadership has there preferred employees if you are not one of them you won't get a chance -Any questions asked about what extra education to take so an employee and get ahead is looked down upon -They welcome people leaving as long as it isn't there preferred employees -Even going to HR doesn't help a toxic work environment

Strong and stable company, high bonding capacity, good salary & benefits

Cons

Highly unstable environment at Tempe office. Eliminating senior employees and replacing them with younger and less expensive personnel. Crazy set of methods of controlling projects. Everything has to be submitted and reviewed before you can make a decision. It takes valuable time and costs the company a lot of money and reputation. Extremely difficult to make material purchases.

Nice people. Busy work and a lot of hands on. Great culture with the exception of a few areas that need to be improved upon. Benefits are amazing!!

Cons

Like to hire new employees rather than promote existing. And also task employees above their pay level but not change their title or pay. Good way to lose people who have been hard working and done everything and then some that was asked of them.
